Complex Collage

I'm taking Chris' and Julie's wonderful online class Complex Collage. You can find it Here. The style is more quiet than what I normally make, but I'm having so much fun doing it!!I made this 6x4collage based on what I've learned about blending, lines and composition and gel mediums so far :) Image from Lisasalteredart.com and bird from sandesign at etsy.

I made this 6x4 postcard using my favourite background swirl stamp from Holtz. I Painted, stamped, inked and doodled the background. I used my favourite mermaid from collageimages at flickr and my fishpeople are made with fish from dutchclogs at flickr and faces cut out of images from suzeeque at flickr. The Moon

I made a postcard collage with the gorgeous image. My background is collaged, painted, stamped and inked. I handcoloured the image to give her a warm glow and made her the moon personified to illustrate the quote from W. Shakespeare goes like this, The moon's an arrant thief, and she snatches her pale fire from the sun.
