Blue...

Meet Blue, she was painted and drawn on a page from a book with tropical fish. I glued the paper to a 5x8 inch piece of wood and used gesso, paint, coloursoft pencils and pen. I was inspired by the wonderful paintings by Red at the  Red's artist cottage blog. I strongly recommend you pop over for some wonderful eyecandy and inspiration. Red paints the most gorgeous paintings on old paper and that's what inspired me to try this :)
