Here's the sketch:

And here's the card I made using the beautiful rubber stamp Bubble Love

I colored the sweet image using copics. the shaker card was created using a sissix bauble die. the white twigs are a Creative Expressions die. I added some small punched out hears, some bling and The tag with the words God Jul, Merry Christmas in norwegian.

hope you like my card and don't forget to join the fun over at the high hopes blog :) If you don't have a stamp from high hopes, they generously share some digi stamps to use in your project.

Card for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge, Ice Inspiration

Hi everybody :)

Here's a 5,5 x 4, 1/4 inch Christmas card I made for the fun challenge over at Simon Says Stamp's Wednesday Challenge Blog There's still time to join the challenge, so head over and join the fun :)

They challenged us to use My Favorite things products if we had any, and I used what I could for my card :)

The base of the card is black bazill prismatics cardstock, the silver glitter cardstock is Best Creation, and I absolutely Love it!! The glitter stays on the cardstock and doesn't come off even when diecutting or rubbing it :)

For the background I inked up some white cardstock using my ink dabbers and distress inks in chipped sapphire, black soot, blueprint sketch, peacock feathers, mermaid lagoon, squeezed lemonade and twisted citron. I inked up enough for the back panel, which was cut using MFT double stitched square rectangle die, the largest in the set :)

The shaker element was created using a fun polaroid frame die from Mama Elephant, fun foam to pop it up and acetate for the window. The back panel is from the same background paper as for the card. the icicles was cut using a Joy crafts die and glued to the back panel inside the shaker. The shaker was filled with various bling and sequins from my stash. And the text on the polaroid frame is a norwegian stamp, and translates to Christmas Greetings :) it was heat embossed in silver.

The snow drifts on the shaker and at the bottom of the card is torn American Crafts Duotone white glitter paper. (this paper sheds glitter, but the rough glitter surface gives an awesome snow effect for your cards :)

The tiny silver snowflakes on the background panel and the front of the shaker was diecut from the Best Creations silver cardstock using dies from the snow globe die set from Your Next Stamp.

The fun little piglets are from the MFT stamp set Hog Heaven, and I just Love those cutiepies. The hats are from some other stamp sets, as I don't have any MFT santa hats :) but they worked just fine :)
The piglets and hats were colored with copics and glitter was added to their hats :)

Hope you like my card, and that you're inspired :)
thanks for watching,

High Hopes Rubber Stamps - Crystal Snowlady Christmas Card

Hello everybody :)
Thought I'd enter the High Hopes Rubber Stamps challenge for November with this Christmas card I made using their super cute

And here's my Christmas Card :)

This card turned out to big for my standard envelopes at 6,5x7 inches :) So I had to make one for it.

I used Bazill orange peel white cardstock for the base of this card and the patterened paper I used are from the Kaisercraft mix and match 12x12 paper pad, I cut the doily at the top and the hearts from that paperpad. The stitched hearts in the center of the doily hearts were diecut using a stitched heart die from memory box.

The doily snowflake behind the Crystal Snowlady and the strip at the bottom of the card was diecut using a die from spellbinders.

The Background paper was embossed using an embossing folder. There's a strip of venice lace at the bottom and all the flowers and leaves are from Wild Orchid Crafts. And the cute flatback Snowflakes in the center of the flowers are from this Ali Express seller :)

The XO was cut using an Alphabet die from Spellbinders and the God Jul, norwegian for Merry Christmas, was also diecut.

Hope you like my card and that you're inspired to join the fun challenge over at High Hopes Rubber Stamps!!

Card share - Kaisercraft Barber Shoppe, masculine cards

Hi there :)

Hope you're all having a wonderful day :)

Here are some masculine cards I created today, using the wonderful papers and diecuts from the Barber Shoppe, Kaisercraft collection.

I ran some craft cardstock through my bigshot using different embossingfolders. I then rubbed some distressinks over the embossing to highlight it, I used a variety of browns and greys.

I also dicut a variety of gears to use as embellishments here and there, and I added metal gears on some of the cards.

I used glossy accents on some of the details.

The birthday greetings are in norwegian, and was heat embossed using white embossing powder.

I had lots of fun creating these cards and I hope you like them!!

Birthday card for mamaelephant Challenge - STAMPWITHMEOctober2015

Here's a card I made for the Mama Elephant october challenge :) I've used the scalloped frame die from Mama Elephants Femme Frames and the Stitched Cloud die from Mama Elephant's landscape trio boarders.

I don't have any stamps yet from Mama Elephant so I used some of the cute stamps from Your Next Stamp :)

The umbrella snowflake is a My Favorite Things die that I folded in two, to create the top of the umbrella. The rest of the umbrella and Waddles is from the stamp set Summer Fun and the iglo is from the Happy Brrr-thday stamp set.

The background was inked using stormy sky distress ink and so was the diecut cloud. the second layer of clouds is vellum, and both layers were cut using the Mama Elephant landscape trio die.

Hope you like my card!!

Waddles Happy Brrr-thday shaker card for Your Next Stamp's Sketch and Color Challenge #25

Hi :)
I'm back with another cute card using some fun stamps from Your Next Stamp.
This is for Challenge nr 25 over at the Your Next Stamp blog and I was inspired by this fun sketch provided by Julie Elak :)
YNSSketch25

I made this fun winter birthday themed shaker card...

The links provided for the products I used are just links to where I bought them, you can find them in other shops for sure :) I used the Femme frames die set from Mama Elephant, the double stitched circle die set from My favorite things, One of the double stitched rectangle dies from My favorite things and a couple of the snowflakes from a wild rose snow flake border die was used as the balloon Waddles is holding.
I used stamps from the stamp sets Happy Brrr-thday! The sentiment and Waddles holding the snowflake, (in the original stamp he's holding a balloon) and Santa's Helpers. The little Waddles pointing up at the larger Waddles.

The images were colored using Shin Han Touch Twin Brush Markers, and I used small seedbeads, glitter and sequins inside the shaker.

Hope you like my card,
Have a wonderful day,
hugs and smiles,
Linda
